How does it track?
Claude Code hooks — no process monitoring, no accessibility permissions, no heuristics, no vibes.
Why build from source?
Apple's Gatekeeper blocks any app that isn't signed with a $99/year developer certificate — even if the code is fully open source and you can read every line. Building locally sidesteps all of that.
Does it work with other AI tools?
Not yet. We're focused on one existential crisis at a time.
What are "touch grass" notifications?
Gentle (and increasingly less gentle) reminders that the outside world exists. Set a threshold — 2, 3, or 5 minutes — and we'll nudge you. You won't listen. But we'll nudge.
Why should I track this?
You shouldn't. But you will. And then you'll screenshot it and post it on Twitter. We know how this ends.
